Before concentrating on legal research and writing for other attorneys, I worked in litigation on both the plaintiffs’ and defense side of the bar in state and federal court. I have experience in matters ranging from insurance defense litigation to construction law to premises liability, and understand how to apply the facts of a case to the law effectively in a convincing manner in order to craft a persuasive argument even when presented with a challenging case. In fact, I welcome the challenge of a difficult case.
